1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale/discount or purchased during promotional offers.
Products damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition.
Customized or personalized items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the item is defective or incorrect.
If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
